The Rocket Espresso Faustino 3.1 Espresso Grinder is a compact, feature-packed grinder designed to fit comfortably on your kitchen counter. Its small size and low height make it an excellent match for Rocket Espresso's home espresso machines, while still providing high-quality grinding for exceptional home espresso. Despite its compact form, it includes large ergonomic components like a sizable textured grind adjustment dial, a sturdy portafilter rest, and a generous bean hopper. Internally, it features a sound-insulated case, stepless 50mm flat burrs, and a shaped dosing cone to ensure clean and consistent portafilter fills. The grinder is operated via a touch-sensitive control pad that offers three programmable dosing options or continuous grinding. Available finishes include matching chrome, contrasting black, or special Appartamento editions in copper or white.

Note: The Faustino may require adjustment out of the box to achieve your preferred espresso grind range. To fine-tune the grind setting:

1. Set the grinder to its finest setting.
2. Loosen the set screw using a small flathead screwdriver.
3. Reset the grind knob to the middle of the range.
4. Retighten the set screw.
